Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely pack your Fiido e-bike or accessory in its original packaging, including all batteries, chargers, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
